Sharpe Sound is owned and run by Lincoln Sharpe, who has worked in the broadcast media industry since his first shift as an Audio Assistant at Channel 7 in Melbourne on April 25th, 1997. Over the next twelve years working full-time at Channel 7 Lincoln trained and worked on a large variety of productions as an Audio Director, Audio Engineer, Location Sound Recordist, Boom Swinger, in Audio Post Production and as an Audio Supervisor.

In 1999 Lincoln learnt to mix network promos and sport packages on a Fairlight MFX2 and has been sound designing and mixing on Pro Tools since 2003.

In 2009 Lincoln resigned in order to work for himself and in 2016 built Sharpe Sound Studio in Melbourne, Australia. Sharpe Sound is a custom designed Studio featuring state-of-the-art equipment, professionally designed acoustics, 5.1 surround sound, a comfortable client couch and great coffee.​

​Specialising in Sound Mixing and Sound Design for Broadcast, Film and Social Media, the range of services include; Dialogue Editing, Foley and Sound Effects Editing, custom recording and editing of Backgrounds, Roomtones and Atmospheres as well as Music Editing.
